【This event is part of our ongoing Japan Life series, hosted by House of Japan.】

Enjoy 10 carefully selected sake, including entries from the Luxembourg Sake Challenge.

From elegant junmai and ginjo to refreshing umeshu, yuzu sake, and other unique fruit-infused variations, a wide range of flavors awaits.

🧂 Light pairings will accompany each sake — kombu, cheese, nuts, dried fruits, cookies, and more.

👉 A small serving of salami will also be included to complement selected sake and enrich the experience.

🥢 Pairing Highlights & Suggested Matches:

・Kombu – with clean junmai

・Brie / Camembert – with ginjo

・Comté – with yamahai

・Nuts – with nigori

・Olives – with dry types

・Dried fruits – with umeshu, yuzu, and fruit sake

・Cookies – with ginjo, nigori, or umeshu

・Salami – with honjozo or warm sake
