A quiet celebration of late summer through sake and seasonal pairings.

Enjoy six carefully selected sake, each paired with a thoughtfully composed small plate designed to highlight balance in flavor, aroma, and texture.

The evening begins with the bright notes of yuzu liqueur and flows through elegant ginjo and rich aged sake, accompanied by combinations such as cheese, charcuterie, and traditional Japanese sweets.

Some of the sake will be served in artisan Japanese glassware.
