SSA Certified Sake Sommelier® Course

Take your passion for Japanese sake to the next level with the internationally recognized Certified Sake Sommelier® (CSS) qualification by the Sake Sommelier Association (SSA).

This professional two-day program offers an in-depth exploration of sake, from advanced brewing theory and tasting techniques to food pairing and service. Designed for sommeliers, hospitality professionals, and serious enthusiasts, this course will equip you with the skills to evaluate, present, and pair sake with confidence in both professional and fine dining settings.

Upon successful completion of the written and blind tasting examination, participants will receive the Certified Sake Sommelier® certificate and lapel pin, officially issued by the Sake Sommelier Association (SSA, London).

Certification

Participants who pass both the written and blind tasting exams will be awarded the official Certified Sake Sommelier®qualification, recognized worldwide by the Sake Sommelier Association.
